Conor McGregor may not be clad in Reebok trunks when he makes his first walk to the boxing ring.

In a Monday appearance on "The MMA Hour," his manager, Audie Attar, revealed that several of the UFC lightweight champion's sponsorship deals have lapsed - Reebok included - making him free to hammer out a new apparel deal for his August blockbuster opposite Floyd Mayweather.

"There’s a lot of open categories that we’ve been negotiating with brands, including Reebok," Attar said, according to MMA Fighting's Marc Raimondi. "We’ll see how that all plays out."

McGregor is expected to net nine figures for his 12-round dance with the undefeated Mayweather, and now that he's no longer sponsored by the UFC's apparel partner - according to Attar - he'll have no shortage of takers to put their stamp on his attire and further fatten his pockets when he laces up 10-ounce gloves for the first time. Attar would not divulge exactly how much McGregor stands to make in his clash with the decorated pugilist, but maintained his client had been "well taken care of."
