Lizzo argues contemporary genre segregation is 'inherently' racist

While speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the About Damn Time singer explained that genres such as R&B were created to keep Black artists out of the mainstream pop genre. "Genre's racist inherently," Lizzo argued.
