Bill to ratify new North American trade deal coming in short order: Trudeau

Justin Trudeau says he has given his personal assurance to the leaders of Mexico and the United States that his government will move quickly to approve the updated continental trade pact. The prime minister says his government is looking at the parliamentary calendar to find a time in short order to introduce the necessary legislation, but didn't commit to introducing a bill before 2020.
