Canada extends emergency visa applications for Ukrainians fleeing war until July
Immigration Minister Sean Fraser says Canada will extend the emergency visa application period for Ukrainians looking for a safe haven from war. The original deadline was March 31, 2023, but he says the deadline is being extended by another few months, until mid-July. Ukrainians who have applied for the visas will have until March 2024 to make the journey to Canada.
