Conservatives demand no new taxes in budget
One day before the release of the next federal budget, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre spent question period trying to extract a promise from the government that it won’t introduce any new taxes. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his cabinet are not giving many public hints about what will be included in the spending plan.
