Lawsuit adjourned because severely ill woman and others like her can seek assisted death

The B.C. Civil Liberties Association and Julia Lamb, a woman with spinal muscular atrophy, say they have adjourned a lawsuit against the federal government's assisted dying law. They say they reached the decision after a government expert filed evidence stating that Lamb and other Canadians like her qualify for an assisted death.
