Nova Scotia NDP tables bill to ban use of NDAs for sexual assault victims
The NDP tabled a petition Tuesday calling on the government to pass legislation banning the use of non-disclosure agreements for sexual assault victims. A bill was tabled last year by the NDP, but the provincial government has done nothing to push the bill forward. Alicia Draus has the latest.
