Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson says the premiers will have an open mind when they sit down with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to discuss a new health-care deal with the federal government. Stefanson, who chairs the Council of the Federation, says the meeting is a positive step for the future of health care in Canada.
