Prime Minister Justin Trudeau applauds the introduction of $10-a-day child care in Newfoundland and Labrador saying it has taken too long to bring affordable child care across the country. Newfoundland and Labrador’s announcement comes three years ahead of a national target to have the system in place across the country.
