Pressure is growing on the Manitoba government to hold an inquiry into why former fashion mogul Peter Nygård has evaded criminal charges in Winnipeg, despite 20 accusers stepping forward. Melissa Ridgen explains the calls for the case to be investigated by someone other than the Winnipeg Police Service; the push for new prosecutors to examine the evidence; and the disciplinary action against Jay Prober, one of Nygård's lawyers.
