11 people dead, 31 rescued as migrant boat capsizes off Puerto Rico
At least 11 people were killed when a boat loaded with migrants capsized off the west coast of Puerto Rico on Thursday. The US Coastguard were able to save 31 passengers, although the exact number of people aboard the boat is unknown. Rescue operations are still underway to find the remaining passengers.
