Barr to WSJ: I felt rules were changed to hurt Trump

President Donald Trump is accusing his opponents of treason, claiming the FBI spied on his 2016 campaign. Attorney General William Barr is digging in, telling the Wall Street Journal he "felt the rules were being changed to hurt Trump" and that it is damaging to the presidency.
