City of Calgary, police launch pilot to divert 911 calls to community resources
The City of Calgary and the Calgary Police Service have unveiled a pilot program that will divert some 911 calls to 211 instead. As Ina Sidhu reports, the goal is to connect Calgarians not facing a life-threatening emergency to the right kind of help.
