Halifax student warns renters after landlord won’t renew fixed-term lease
Housing advocates want a ‘loophole’ in the Residential Tenancies Act closed to protect tenants. Some people are who've signed fixed term leases are not getting renewed, and are left scrambling for affordable housing. As Megan King reports, one Halifax resident is speaking out after receiving notice that his time in his home is limited.
