Mudslide breaks road into pieces in California
A mudslide just outside of Novato, Marin County has caused a 100-foot stretch of Redwood Boulevard to buckle and break into pieces. Triggered by heavy rain from storms that rocked the Bay Area on Tuesday night, the slip has exposed two gas transmission lines and is possibly putting pressure on the aqueduct water lines, posing serious risk to the city.
