Pandemic frustration contributed to jump in calls to Montreal helpline Tel-Aide
Tel-Aide volunteer and trainer Ania Szparkowski says calls are up 17 per cent so far this month. Jan. 17 is known as Blue Monday, considered the most depressing day of the year.
