Teen used "ghost gun" to shoot and kill 17-year-old in Minnesota
Police in Hennepin County, Minnesota say they've arrested two teenagers on December 1 in connection with the November 18 death of a 17-year-old boy. Suspects are believed to have used "ghost guns"; weapons bought in parts with no serial number and assembled at home.
