Winnipeggers brave the rain to remember Rebecca Contois
About 100 people gathered in North Kildonan, near the spot where police say the partial remains of Rebecca Contois, 24, were found earlier this week. Jeremy Anthony Micheal Skibicki, 35, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder.
