Teddy makes landfall in Nova Scotia causing destructive waves

Just before 9:30 a.m. ADT, Post-Tropical Storm Teddy made landfall east of Halifax between Sheet Harbour and Holland Harbour in Nova Scotia. Officials warn the storm will continue to cause destructive waves, strong winds and heavy rainfall.
