WhatsApp rumor about extra COVID shots creates chaos
Unusually long lines began to form outside a vaccination site in New York City on Thursday after a false rumor began to spread on social media and messaging apps. The widely-circulated message claimed that 410 doses of the COVID vaccine had to be distributed before they expire.
