N.B. businesses feeling impacts of new COVID-19 restrictions
The southern part of the province remains in the orange alert level of New Brunswick’s COVID-19 recovery plan. Premier Blaine Higgs said Sunday that Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John were all closing in on the red phase, and businesses are already planning an adjustment. Callum Smith reports.
