That means our data reveals how long car owners have had their current car, when they’re expecting to replace it and what they’re expecting to pay for their next motor. The responses were cleaned up so that they only cover cars up to 10 years old – the average lifespan of a new car. The resulting data encompassed 169 models from 33 different car brands.
