There are concerns among the cast of Jackass for one of their own, after troubled Bam Margera posted a lengthy Instagram take down of his life and inner feelings following his checking out of rehab, just days after arriving.

Jackass castmate and best friend, Brandon Novak, has spoken of his worry for the wellbeing Bam after not being able to contact him following his rehab stint.

Brandon now has grave concerns that Bam may 'become suicidal' following his rehab walkout.

This was not done in secret or quietly either, as Bam posted an eight-page Instagram diatribe about those that "want to talk s***" about his addiction.

The 39-year-old pro-skakeboarder said that 'no-one can stop him' and he is "doing better than ever" now that he has checked out of rehab.

In the handwritten note, that he photographed and posted on Instagram for his 1.8 million followers to read and ponder, Bam wrote: "By day number 5 in rehab I realised when I am bored is when I drink.

"Well in rehab I am bored 50 percent of the time so that's when I figured out that when boredom sets in and alcohol is off limits, that's when I get creative as f***, an explosion of good ideas, exercise, skate, workout, yoga, hike, bike way more. Because I don't like to sit stagnant! (UNLESS I AM DRUNK)."

Bam continued with his reasoning for leaving rehab by saying that he is now excited and brimming with ideas now that he has discharged himself.

He wrote: "So now I am excited with ideas and energy and creation which makes me have no temptation to drink because I am so busy NOT BEING BORED."

It seems that his stay in rehab came to a head when he was stopped making calls and using the gym. It was then that he demanded to be discharged.

Bam continued with the story on Instagram, writing: "So I said my Bentley will be here in one hour and I am leaving, don't bother trying to talk me out of it, because my mind is made up and I CANNOT BE STOPPED."

He then rounded on those that have knocked his attempts at getting sober, writing: "To the people who say, 'YOU CAN'T DO IT ALONE, trust me,' well guess what a--holes... I am not alone!

"I might not be in rehab with YOU, but I am surrounded by so many sober family and friends, spiritual healers, therapists, sober coaches and my sponsor JJ Diana that I AM NOT alone."

Despite this, it hasn't stopped those that are close to Bam worrying about his wellbeing.
