Rumours of a feud between Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding and Cheryl have been greatly exaggerated, at least going by this Twitter exchange.

While inside the Celebrity Big Brother house this summer, Sarah sparked speculation that the pair had fallen out when she claimed she hadn't spoken to her bandmate "in a while".

"We're so busy with our own stuff," Sarah added. "It's not for me to say [if we fell out]. I don't like talking about the other girls."

However, it seems things may be rosy between the pair after all, following Sarah's response to a tweet by Cheryl yesterday (September 13).

The latter asked fans which songs from her albums should have been singles, Sarah writing back: "Hey stranger!...U know FFTL will always be the one #TrueToTheGame."

Sarah was of course referring to Cheryl's hit single 'Fight for This Love', to which the singer herself responded with emojis (including a hearty wink) and "#alwaystrue".

Meanwhile, Sarah's fellow CBB housemate Paul Danan has claimed that Cheryl did indeed watch the last series of the Channel 5 show.

However, he also suggested that she didn't watch the entire run, adding: "I suppose she didn't want to see Sarah in the way Sarah was, because it was heartbreaking.

"To see someone very vulnerable and not in the best of shape and Big Brother can do that to someone – make them even worse."
