The Dancing On Ice professional skaters have finally been revealed - as well as four of the pairings.

There are four veterans returning to the ITV show alongside eight newbies when it comes back to screens next year.

One of the returning familiar faces is Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon's husband, Sylvain, who she met on the show in 2013.

Another skater that fans will remember is American Matt Evers, who suffered a horrific head injury when Jorgie Porter's blade sliced open his head in training in 2012.

Matt will be hoping there is not a repeat of that next year with his new partner - Bake Off winner Candice Brown.

Corrie star Anthony Cotton will be partnered with newcomer Brandee Malto, a 37-year-old skater from the USA.

Welsh skater Lloyd Jones, 29, who competed in the 2014 Olympics, is taking to the ice with Donna Air.

While Rugby hunk Max Evans is taking part in the show with 28-year-old Mexican Ale Izquierdo.

Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who are returning as presenters, introduced the professional skaters on today's This Morning.

Canadian skater Brianne Delcourt, 36, is also returning to the show and has had a baby since it came off air three years ago.

Another professional coming back is English skater Dan Whiston, who admitted it was amazing to return after months of rumours.

French skater Sylvain, 37, said it was "like riding a bike" and he was also excited to be back.

The rest of the professional skaters include Melody Le Moal, 30, from France and Vanessa Bauer, 21, from Germany.

Hamish Gaman, 34, is representing England in the line-up, and is joined by 23-year-old American Matej Silecky.

Completing the billing is American Megan Marschall, a 25-year-old skater and cheerleader.

The rest of the celebrities will have to wait to find out who their professional partner is.

Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Waring was the final celeb to confirm that she was taking part in the new series.

"I’m super excited to be selected for the show... I’m very nervous, it’s just so much to take on but I think I'm up for the challenge," she revealed on BUILD this morning.

The Aussie Mr Nasty confirmed he was returning to the show by appearing on Lorraine.

Clearly excited about the new season, host Christine Lampard gushed, "It just feels right with you there."

And Jason said: "We have seen some remarkable people come through Dancing on Ice and to see that journey is amazing."

And of course, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield will reprise their hosting roles.
