There's just something about washing down a delicious-tasting, hoppy craft beer while basking in the sun. And with the weather hotting up this week (like seriously hotting up), we're on the hunt for something new to try. Behold Lidl's Craft Beer Festival 2020.

Hailed as a Craft Beer Festival, Lidl has launched a range of beers starting from just £1.29 in price, and they'll all be available in-store from 6 August. The collection promises something for everyone, whether that's a fruity pale ale, or punchy IPA, you're bound to find something to suit your tastes.

First and foremost, we simply have to introduce you to Lidl's new Marshmallow Milk Stout (£1.69), and yes, I did say marshmallow. This milky stout has flavours of chocolate and vanilla with a subtle roasted coffee aroma and sweetness, and even comes in a retro style bottle that looks straight out of a 50s diner!

For fans of something fruity, Lidl recommends going for the Disco Forklift Truck Mango Pale Ale (£1.49). It's described as a "juicy pale ale with bags of mango and tropical fruit flavours" and sounds like the perfect summer drink. Or, if you're after a more hoppy ale with notes of zesty pineapple (amazing), try the Frute Shute Amplitude (£1.79).

As well as this, Lidl is selling a Whitstable Bay Ruby Ale (£1.49) which is deep red in colour and brewed using the brewery’s own chalk-filtered mineral water. It has citrus fruit and pine aromas which melt together with a selection of roasted and caramel malt flavours, to create something truly unique in taste.
