Recipe: Fish finger and waffle wrap, the ideal hangover food logo 16/05/2018 Eleanore Hutch

Well try my fish finger and potato waffle wrap served in a warm wrap. You can even throw in some rocket or lettuce to make it healthier!  


– 3 fish fingers per person 
– 1 to 2 potato waffles per person
– Wraps 
– Ketchup or mayo 
– Rocket  
– Grated cheese
– Pepper


Begin sticking your fish fingers and potato waffles under the grill to cook. Or if you have toaster bags, stick them in the toaster until cooked through. 

Warm the wraps in the microwave for ten seconds each. When warm, put the cooked fish fingers and waffles in the centre with some rocket, grated cheese and pepper.

Serving suggestion:

Throw some mayo, ketchup or relish into the wrap to add some moisture, wrap up and enjoy!
