Zoe Daly claims Elite Introductions promised she'd be set up with amazing men.

She paid the service almost $5000 (£2972.23).

Instead she said her date was "negative", "not passionate about his job".

She also said the date spent the entire date talking about himself.

Daly said the man she was set up with was much older than her preferred age range of 32 to 38.

After taking her complaint against Elite Introductions to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the fitness model was refunded $4000 (£2377.78), 80 percent of the cost.

The owner of the dating agency, Trudy Gilbert, said the fitness model should have gone on more dates.

She claimed Daly had "unreasonably formed the view that not even a year of introductions...could lead to a better outcome."
