Fans gathered in their thousands in Buenos Aires to bid a final farewell to Diego Maradona at his lying in state on November 26. Mourners, many wearing Maradona's famous number 10 shirt, queued up outside the Casa Rosada presidential palace where the footballing icon's coffin was on display. Diego Maradona passed away on November 25 after suffering a cardiac arrest.
