And now we can! The Oscar winner has revealed the workout that she does that ‘sculpts every muscle’ in her body.

So what is her secret?

Well, Halle cites boxing as the reason why she has such an incredible figure after years in the industry!

Taking to Instagram, Halle spilled all the details alongside a picture of her with her trainer Peter Lee Thomas.
