Napping is 'biologically driven' rather than a behavioural choice

Researchers at Harvard Medical School's Massachusetts General Hospital analysed genetic information from more than 450,000 participants in the U.K.'s Biobank study and identified 123 regions in the human genome which were associated with daytime napping. They found that having a snooze during the day is "biologically driven".
