The buxom star, 37, shared a sizzling photo of herself relaxing on a sun-lounger poolside in Provence, France, on Sunday.

Kelly looks hotter than ever in an eye-popping black swimsuit as she sits perched on the edge of the lounger while staring quizzically into the air.

However, it wasn't long before eagle-eyed fans pointed out that the decking behind her - in line with her waist - was skewed.

"I think it's a real shame photoshopping your holiday snaps when it's not even a photoshoot where it's at least expected.

"What kind of message does this give to impressionable young girls? You don't look like this in real life, and that's okay, I'm sure you're still beautiful."

They continued: "But c'mon, you take on the job of being a role model when you take a job in the public eye. Stop trying to twist reality."

Another accused her of being drunk because it was so "unconvincing".

"Photoshopped! Just look at the decking! You don't need to do that!! You have a great body!"said another.

Kelly has made no secret of the fact she sometimes edits her snaps, previously telling Fabulous magazine: “I’ve never said I’m perfect and I’ve never said I’m a skinny girl.

“Sometimes if I see a picture and I can make it a bit better then I will, like everyone else does. I’ve been photoshopped in every picture since I started modelling. I [don’t] see any problem with it.”
