One page boy was blown over by the sheer force of the wind from Storm Callum.
Charlotte was wearing a beautiful white dress by Amaia kids with ruffled neck and sleeves and a green sash incorporating the colours of the Mark Bradford artwork in the order of service.
Meanwhile big brother George looked very smart in a shirt with blue piping, navy trousers and a similar green belt around his waist designed to match the order of service artwork.
Parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also guests at the wedding, along with Uncle Prince Harry and Auntie Meghan Markle.
They were joined by the rest of the young bridal party, including Robbie Williams' daughter Theodora, Maud Windsor, the daughter of Lord Frederick Windsor, and Zara and Mike Tindall's little girl Mia.
Princess Eugenie stepped out in a stunning Peter Pilotto gown with a low cut back which showed off her scars from scoliosis surgery at the age of 12.
Accompanied by her father Prince Andrew, Duke of York, she walked down the aisle with a beaming smile and was greeted by her fiance Jack Brooksbank.
A lip reader reported that Jack said "oh my heart... oh break my heart" when he saw his bride at the altar.
The couple married in front of 850 guests comprising of family, friends and celebrities.
Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, beamed with pride as she watched on from the sidelines, while Eugenie's older sister Princess Beatrice played the dutiful maid of honour.
The Queen arrived with her 97-year-old husband Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, whose attendance was not confirmed until this morning.
Princes William and Harry arrived via a side door with their wives, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, and were quickly ushered into the ceremony.
Celebrity guests included Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, Demi Moore, Robbie Williams, Ellie Goulding, James Blunt, Kate Moss and Pixie Geldof.
George and Charlotte have a lot of experience with weddings and they've already been page boy and bridesmaid for at least three different couples.
They were part of Uncle Harry's wedding party when he married Meghan Markle back in May, and both looked adorable in their little outfits.
Auntie Pippa also asked them to be bridesmaid and page boy for her wedding last year, but George was a bit naughty and ended up getting a telling off from mum Kate.
They also took up the roles last month at Kate's best pal Sophie Carter's wedding to Robert Sugg in Norfolk.
Eugenie and Jack's guests will attend a lunchtime reception hosted by the Queen this afternoon, followed by a black-tie party tonight.
Tomorrow there will another day of celebrations with a festival and funfair themed party.
