The property market in London continues to produce niche and unexpected houses every day of the week.

It’s no secret that they can be ridiculously expensive in all areas of the city but, occasionally, there are some hidden gems.

Scrolling Right Move for million pound properties is a daily hobby for many and, if you’re lucky, sometimes you’ll stumble upon a surprising find.

One such example is a £1,250,000 property which is pretty uninspiring from the outside but has stunning decor inside.

Nestled in Belsize Park, this unassuming property has a greyish exterior, with multiple windows resembling a block of flats.

The rear shows a garage and mossy covered drive.

However, once you step inside, it’s a completely different story.

With fresh and clean decor, the three bedroom apartment is sure to make a lovely home for the next lucky owner.

There is a spacious double bedroom, a single with fitted wardrobes, and a cosy nursery which could be redecorated to make an office space for those who are still working from home.

The apartment has two bathrooms too.

One has a rainfall walk-in shower with grey decor while the other has a bath, perfect for a night of self-care.

With a neutral themed decor, the open plan living space is bright and airy.

There is space for a dining table and it’s big enough for entertaining - a rare find on the London property market.

Finally, the kitchen is modern and has bags of storage in the floor to ceiling cupboards.

There's also a window above the sink for a decent view while washing up.

There is also a balcony and a garden area which gives a glimpse of nature.

The apartment is on the first floor and has lift access.

RightMove says it is: “Offered in excellent condition having been recently refurbished and interior designed to an extremely high standard.”

Straffan Lodge is situated only 0.2 miles from Belsize Park Tube station and Swiss Cottage is also nearby.
