After putting his home on the market in July, actor Vinnie Jones can finally slap a SOLD sign out the front, as it's been snapped up for a cool $2 million (£1.5m).

The "hard man" sold the place for £267,000 less than his original asking price this month

The four-bedroom pad seems to reflect the actor's aesthetic perfectly, with sleek interiors and modern design - and a very dark colour palette with blacks and gunmetal greys setting the vibe.

The Mid-century modern-style house, built in Hollywood Hills in 1958, comes with a pool-side "Elvis bar", suggesting the actor and former professional footballer is a fan of The King and a keen entertainer himself.

The 52-year-old has made a tidy profit on his purchase, having bought the place for $1.56 million (£1.19m) 10 years ago with his wife Tanya.

Aside from the pool-side martini bar, the actor has many a space for outdoor entertaining, with a sprawling BBQ area and dining area, set beside lush greenery, with outdoor heaters to keep it cosy in the cooler months.

Inside there is an impressive 3,500 square feet set aside for living space, as comfy-looking couches are covered in zebra-print cushions - a keen design theme throughout, as a zebra print hangs on the wall and the breakfast bar's stools also sport the pattern.

The kitchen takes pride of placement in the house, with an island bench perfect for whipping up family meals alongside a plush dining area.

As well as boasting the breakfast bar to pull up a stool for your morning cereal, there is a separate indoor bar for entertaining and drink making.

There's no word on where the actor is setting up shop with his wife next. But it won't be back in the UK, after Vinnie branded his homeland "past it's sell by date" and "not the country he grew up in" during an interview with Radio Times.

He added: "People say you can get bored of the sunshine in LA. No, you can't.

What's not shown in the real estate's images is the famous Gazza incident that Vinnie says he has immortalised in a 4ft X 3ft oil painting that hangs in his wallway.

Vinnie Jones gets to grips with Newcastle United footballer Paul Gascoigne

He's so proud of the moment he grabbed Paul Gascoigne's testicles during a 1988 match with his team Wimbledon against Paul's Newcastle, he commissioned a London artist £1,750 to whip it up for him in 1991.

Vinnie has the moment immortalised in oil paint

He said: "I paid a hefty sum for it back in 1991, and I’ve kept hold of it. It’s now one of the first things that people see when they come to our house."
