Average house prices are increasing and according to the most recent figures from the Office for National Statistics, they have risen 12.8% over the year to May 2022, up from 11.9% in April 2022. With the cost of living crisis, it seems that prices are spiking in every department, but figures show that you can still bag a property in Suffolk for just £50,000.

This was the price of the least expensive property sold from April to May in Suffolk this year and will get you a flat in Ipswich. On the other end of the scale, the most expensive home sold for £2,500,000 - money many can only dream of.
