Matthew's sale comes after he snapped up a luxurious penthouse condo in Century City's famed Century Tower last summer.

He paid $20million for the the swish wholefloor apartment which is a far cry from Chandler's West Village digs, as it comes with seven bathrooms, two fireplaces and a 25 guest dining room in place of the foosball table/dinner table in Friends.

The luxury living quarters also include four bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a powder room and a huge centre-island kitchen.

The property's panoramic views take in stunning sights including downtown Los Angeles, the Santa Monica mountains and the ocean with the master bedroom in prime position for the morning sunrise.
