Police appeal for public’s help to find attackers after 15-year-old killed
West Midlands Police chief superintendent Steve Graham has urged anyone shielding those responsible for a brutal street attack which left a 15-year-old boy dead to come forward with information. Naming the victim, West Midlands Police said Keon Lincoln had been set upon with weapons in broad daylight on Thursday.
