A special message from MSN:

While Christmas is a time of joy for most of us, that's not the case for the UK's most vulnerable children and young people. We've partnered with giving platform Benevity to raise funds for two charities - the NSPCC and The Children's Society – to try to help change that. The young royals today released their Christmas card photos.

William and Kate showed off their family in theirs, released by Kensington Palace on the same day Harry and Meghan revealed their card.

The Cambridge’s family snap was taken in the Autumn at Anmer Hall their country home on the Queen’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk, where the royals traditionally spend a family Christmas.

It features Prince Louis for the first time.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s card features a new photograph taken at their wedding reception at Frogmore House in Windsor.

Amid speculation about the lack closeness of the two couples’ relationship, William, Kate, Harry and Meghan will all spend Christmas with the Queen at Sandringham in what is being seen as a display of solidarity.

Some reports have claimed that the Kate and Meghan have fallen out, which has apparently affected their husbands’ close bond.

The speculation was prompted by last month’s announcement that Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, are to swap Kensington Palace, where they currently live, for Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

It is expected their new home will be ready in time for the birth of their first baby in the spring.
