Theresa May explains why cross-party Brexit talks failed

Prime Minister Theresa May says cross-party talks with Labour failed partially because the opposition do not have a common position about whether they want to deliver Brexit or hold a second referendum. Mrs May did add, however, that talks have been constructive, and progress was made.
