Risk to life feared with freezing temperatures and fuel poverty
In Newcastle, people queue in freezing temperatures to get hold of basic essentials to keep warm. At this community centre, winter clothes are being sold for 50p. Charities fear that, combined with fuel poverty, there is now a genuine risk to life.
