ICRC providing 'basic needs' to Bakhmut residents 'to survive in such a dire humanitarian situation'
Some 10,000 Ukrainian civilians, many elderly and with disabilities, are clinging on to existence in horrific circumstances in and around the besieged city of Bakhmut, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Friday. For more on the ICRC's humanitarian efforts in wartorn Bakhmut, FRANCE 24 is joined by Achille Despres, ICRC Spokesperson in Ukraine.
