Old Carlton Bingo Hall is given a new lease of life
After being derelict for four years, the old Carlton Bingo hall, in York Road, has finally been given a new lease of life.New occupants have begun to transform a treasured former cinema and bingo hall into a community hub for the elderly and people with disabilities.
