Antoine Griezmann insists he is currently happy at Atletico Madrid, but refused to rule out the possibility of leaving for a "big club" in the future.

The France forward has become one of the hottest properties in world football since joining Atletico from Real Sociedad for £24m in 2014, scoring 79 goals in 147 appearances.

Sky sources understand Manchester United would be interested in signing the 25-year-old, should he become available in the summer, while Atletico's La Liga rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid have also been mooted as potential suitors.

Griezmann, who only signed a new five-year contract extension at Atletico last summer, admits the prospect of playing for one of the world's biggest clubs could eventually tempt him away from the Vicente Calderon.

When asked about a possible move to either Barca or Real, Griezmann told L'Equipe: "Why not? That's the dream for every player - to be at big clubs like that, or Bayern Munich.

"But right now I don't see myself at Barcelona or Real, or anywhere else.

"I have no intention of leaving Atletico Madrid, for Paris Saint-Germain, China, the USA, Russia, or elsewhere."

However, Griezmann made it clear any decision on his future would not be dictated by whether manager Diego Simeone remains at Atletico.

"He [Simeone] will leave one day, and in the summer I called him up to check if he was going to stay on," he said.

"He told me of his plans for the season, that he wanted me to stay, and that made me feel happy.

"But we're not inseparable."
