The best hotels for a late summer break in Lisbon

September and October are particularly good months to visit Lisbon. The extreme heat of August has dissipated, the tourist crowds have thinned out, and a beach day or two should still be possible – plus, the Atlantic Ocean is warmer than usual due to the long summer. The city offers glorious Baroque architecture, charming narrow cobblestoned streets and leafy plazas – along with plenty of seafood restaurants, a lively nightlife scene and quirky boutiques. Here, The Good Hotel Guide offers its pick of the best hotels in Lisbon from their collection.
