Baby bat chirps for cuddles

Pavarotti just wants to play and doesn't understand why his caretaker is just standing there talking instead of giving him cuddles! Pavarotti is a baby grey-headed flying fox who was found hanging all alone on a high-voltage power line. He got his name after he sang out to rescuers for five hours while they waited for the power company to help get him down. After being hand-raised by Bat Rescue Inc in Queensland, Australia, he's now learning to fly and ready to go to a flight facility to gain skills before release back to the wild, where he will spend his nights performing the essential job of pollinating Australia's native forests.
