Shantal Bailey, the mother of 11-year-old Raheem Bailey, who was beaten by a group of children at school on Tuesday and ended up losing his finger, talks about what happened to her son. Ms Bailey, 28, says her son was “damaged” and said she is “appalled” at the school.
