Corrie SPOILERS: Shock exit ahead for Tracy Barlow after confession?

After accidentally causing Michelle Connor’s car to stall, which led to the death of drug dealer Ronan, Tracy has a guilty conscience.

Knowing that Michelle has been left looking for answers, Tracy decides to come clean to the police about tampering with the car before the crash.

© Associated Newspapers (Ireland) Limited, t/a dmg Media Ireland Tracy meanwhile, stope the laptop containing the incriminating CCTV footage to keep her secret hidden, but it seems she won’t be able to continue lying for long.

Abi faces losing her children again, and racked with guilt at all the trouble she’s caused, Tracy decides she will confess.

Steve meanwhile, returns from Morocco to discover the incriminating laptop, and looks to Tracy for answers.

Tracy reveals the truth about her tampering with Michelle’s car and declares her plans to turn herself in.

Given that Tracy has already spent time in prison, it doesn’t seem likely that the law will look kindly on her attempts to sabotage someone else’s car – especially considering Michelle is also her husband’s ex.

Of course, viewers are aware that Ali was actually the one that caused Ronan’s death, but Tracy doesn’t know that and she believes she’s the one responsible.

If Tracy does come clean it could lead to another lengthy prison sentence, which would also mean the character could be leaving the soap.
