Tired of having people make assumptions about her health based on her weight, the model recently clapped back at an Uber driver who started asking prying questions about her cholesterol in the most glorious fashion. Sharing a short video of the exchange to Instagram and Snapchat on Tuesday, Tess can be heard responding, "My cholesterol is fine. I'm perfect." Just to make her point extra clear, she then added, "Yep. I'm healthy." This immediately shut him up.

"Hey Uber, I don't pay more to use your 'black car' service to be told that there's no way I could possibly be healthy because I'm fat and then questioning it," she captioned the video. "No one should have to tolerate this at any level of the services you offer."

"I'm fat," she continued. "I also have a fat wallet and will no longer be using your services. Ever."

To close out her post, the model also clarified that the reason she'd mentioned her driver's weight was to further prove her point that people of all sizes make these awful assumptions and presumptuous remarks, and how important it is that we all do better.

"Saying my driver is fat was obviously being used as a descriptor and not to insult him," she wrote. "Also I did not show his face or use his name when filming, it was to be able to show what I deal with daily and why this behavior is unacceptable from anyone."

In response, Uber said in a statement to Mashable, "We expect all riders and drivers to treat each other with respect as laid out in our Community Guidelines."

ON CHANGING THE STATUS QUO: "I would like us to make a new normal-body type. Everybody says, 'We love that there is somebody with a normal body!' And I'm like, 'I don't feel like I have a normal body.' I do Pilates every day. I eat, but I work out a lot more than a normal person. I think we've gotten so used to underweight that when you are a normal weight it's like, 'Oh, my God, she's curvy.' Which is crazy. The bare minimum, just for me, would be to up the ante. At least so I don't feel like the fattest one." – to Harper's Bazaar 7 Times Jennifer Lawrence Got Candid About Body Image
