Within the canon of recut movie trailers, the best and most famous ones have got to be The Shining turned into a believable romantic comedy and Mary Poppins turned into the thriller it was always meant to be.

But this version of Silence of the Lambs as a romantic comedy, made by CineFix, has got to be the most uncomfortable of them all.

In this version, Clarice Starling is a plucky FBI agent who's found that "turning heads is easier than getting ahead." But when she's paired up with a charming older man behind bars, her career prospects brighten-along with her love life. Only problem is: he's insane!

All it takes is some fancy editing and some stock music to change the tone of one of the most unnerving films in history. Although, nothing can make Anthony Hopkins' performance less creepy. Fun fact: He doesn't blink once in this trailer (and didn't throughout the entire original movie).
